You definitely aren't. School makes trying to get a project done, or even started, a real pain too! :frustrated:

Thank you and thank you. :-) I'm gonna hit it hard here in about two weeks.

Ok so I'm out of school and working full time... finally!

Got the JT pulled out and the engine bay pressure washed in there... only progress so far. I'd post pictures but everyone has seen an empty 4k engine bay. :dur:

So I'm under the impression that I need to use a 5k or alike flywheel in order to retain TDC pin funtionality... correct?

Can anyone confirm an 89' 200 MC2 flywheel working? I haven't torn my 200 apart yet and if it doesn't work I don't wanna waste time with it. It has the same crank sensors mounted on the back of the engine so I assume it will work. Tooth count and TDC pin location the same?

If no one knows I'll just pull it apart and compare the dual-mass to the single-mass 200 flywheel.

I think that you can use a 7a flywheel.

Nevermind... answered my own question :tard: It's single-mass.

The flywheel used on the MC2 or 3B 200q is the best for your application. The flywheel used with the 7A CQ/90q will not work with the 016 transmission in your 4kq.

Hadn't been making much progress until lately. Decided to throw some more pictures up.

Edited the original post and added the pictures so there would be less scrolling and searching... good idea?
