Hi, i wanted to share some photos and infos on my ongoing project, and also to thank to the guys from 034, and inaengineering , and others who heleped me with suggestion and advices, and parts.

So car is an audi 80 b4 quattro , year 1992, setup as following.


Tall block AAT strocker,
2.5tdi Crank.
CRMO main caps
O-ringed.
Custom Rods - 610gr - 159mm
And pistons (Ross Racing 23mm pin ) - 410gr
Custom camshaft - Cat Cams.
Titanium retainers -
Stronger springs, solid lifter.
Antifriction coated valves.
Cylinder head, modified, ported (by hand) - see chart flow.
5x1600 injectors + 5 x 1000cc (or 600cc), dual injectors
Modifie Furans manifold (dual rail, dual injector) 80mm TB
Tubular Exhaust Manifold (to came).
Turbonetics GTK650 turbocharger.
Tial Wastegate.
2xA1000 fuel pump, with matching 10AN teflon lines.
Aeromotive Fuel Regulator. dual 10AN input.
Billet fuel filter (E85 compatible)
Accusump oil system for safety (wanted a dry sump, could not afford it ATM).
Custom Coils, close in specification to 034 HO coil kit.
Tilton triple disc clutch kit.
DTA S80 (maybe S100 not yet buyed) ECU
DGV gearbox. (same as RS2 , wide & flexible) - stock rear diff.
Powerflex, solid mounts, or custom bushes, all around.
Custom build Cage.
Rebuilded front suspension.
Avouk double ajustable suspension (bound+rebound) & springs on rear
Uniballs on rear.
Custom stronger driveshaft allaround (to be made)

The chassis and engine, are build in Hungary , in Budapest, as this guys have a lot of experince with this cars.
The engine is build and tuned by Miky, from A to Z, he builded a lot of 20vt engines (search for audi syntech on youtube).
The chassis is build by Zoli, - his first project, also he is a student ATM, and worked his holiday on my car.

for drag only, i think is enough , the car is lighter also, about 1100kg, or so, but if needed i can upgrade anytime.

New custom radiator,new ev14 Highimpedance injectors, stronger shafts, car in actual shape 1080kg. -around 2450lbs ??

Thanks mate, only problem, is that the stock rear driveshaft broked, at first start, and i have a hard time finding a good combination, hub carrier, hub, cv joint, etc for a stronger setup.
