That crank pulley rubber looks to be in rough shape. Everything else looking good!

eventually id like to go serpentine, the pulleys i have for that seem better. For ease of getting it going I'm going to rock the 7a one, is there any remedy for the rubber or just replace?

There is a guy that rebuilds them. I forget the specifics but Google should produce.

Hopefully that 7a fpr doesn’t give you issues. They often faild at the diaphragm. 034 used to sell an adjustable aeromotive fpr kit.
