Either 27mm hex or a 17mm allen.
91 200 20vt front axle bolt head size
Can someone tell what size socket I need to remove the front axle bolt on a 91 200 20vt? I have the triple square socket but don't know what size the outer bolt head is. Thanks in advance for your help!

1 1/16" also works. It's about 26.99mm I think.
I removed both front axles without any problems tonight. A 27mm socket worked perfectly! Now it's time for new cv boots!
