Audi 200 Moog Tie rod ends?

Any one buy these before? Never had a tie rod end where the boot doesn't fasten on somehow. Did mine just end up missing pieces or does the weight of the car keep the boot on. Came exactly as pictured below

I had pair on my V8Q they have zerk fitting for greasing that's about it. The boot just slips on. You need to remove one of the factory taper/lock washers in order to use them.
