Car ttakes FOREVER to start after it has ran and sat for the usual 15min period, and after it is warm, it will just die after i give it a moderate amount of gas and then just let it go to idle like put in in nuetral.

ive replaced the tps and the crank sensor, tps alleviated a few small issues. crank sensor didnt seem to make a difference.

have heard that it can be a check valve that can cause starting issues? havent replaced yet but was planning on it soon. just wondering if there are some weird little technical things that could cause these problems. car is a 200 20v

thanks

What is your fuel pressure? Have you tested it?
not yet but i will take that suggestion
Update??
draggin her up to the shop tomorrow night to do the w pump and hopefully a few other things, will check then :)
I'm having the same issues as you, I have bought the check valve for the fuel pump and have not installed it yet. I'm beginning to suspect the fuel pressure regulator also. I'm interested to see what you find was planning on upgrading my fuel system but I just want the car to run well first. car 91 200 20v

Mine has also had an identical issue as described by the other two people here since the day I bought it. Doesn't really do it that frequently so it hasn't bothered me that much. I would like to fix it though. I haven't heard about this check valve though. Where are you getting this information?
if the fuel pump check valve or the fpr are dying the car wont have full fuel pressure in the lines until the pumps runs a few seconds. therefore effecting starting

a good check valve and fpr will hold fuel pressure for years, ive def cracked a few dead junkyard cars' fuel rail and still get pressurized spray
