Calling VW 02J experts

I have a 1992 Eurovan (Canadian Market 2.5l gas w/ 5 speed)

I love it, but Trans is leaking - GUSHING into clutch housing and empties itself in a few days, maybe 300 miles... good used ones hard to find and expensive... (make me a liar)

02B family trans code = CPW (108mm output flanges)

The main trans case part number seems to be the same as other VW's with 02J series boxes, the flywheel/clutch housing and passenger side LHD is very different to tilt the I-5 forward with a long snout (jack shaft)...

Wondering if it's possible to get a healthy used O2J box and bolt on the clutch housing, output snout to the main trans case, swap in the 108mm output cups and run it...

Clutch kit cross reference (World Impex)
