Where is it? The AC compressor is running, but the air coming out of the vents is hot. Real Hot. According to the good book, there is a vacuum controlled water flow valve, but no clue where it is. Have a feeling the dash has to come out.

Depends on what year and model B3 most don't have one. If you did it would be in one of the heater hoses.

early 90 20 valve. I am guessing it doesn't have one. So the temp flap is doing this?

Yeah probably blown out flap foam. Time for a heatercore re-foam job fun fun.

I have the parts to convert it to manual. Might be a good time to do it. Or sell it cheap!
