Not sure if this helps, but I'm running early B5 A4 rear hubs, with D2 A8 rotors, carriers and calipers. This combo bolts right up, with proper E-brake cable placement.
Requires C5 A6q rear brake hoses, though, as A8 stuff uses banjo fittings.

I know it is an old thread. just to clarify part number for the future B5 A4Q come with 2 different hubs
dont use 4A0407615G it is 82mm hub for b5
use 8D0407615E (75mm hubs)
just in case you decide to buy new like I did

I used machined C4S4 front hubs and B5A4q rear hubs in my 5x112 conversion.

Fronts used:
-- RS2 caliper brackets
-- machined 3mm shim
-- 986 BoxsterS calipers
-- 323mm D2A8 rotors

Rears used:
-- B5 S4 calipers
-- brackets
--rotors

On the rears, the bleed nipples were upside down and made bleeding the brakes a major PITA. I grabbed a set of D2A8 calipers to fix this. The e-brake cable worked with a little finessing. Otherwise, I'd say the C4S4 rears mentioned above are the way to go.
