Tonight a dump truck intentionally ran into me in my A4 avant. IT was slow speed but I'm 99% sure the insurance will total it as it has already had frotn end damage (repaired). That's if they don't try to **** me. I'm so friggen pissed off right now- usually I can shrug stupid non-life threatening or life changing things off but I feel like I've been getting porked lately on a few different levels and I'm just really ready to pop.
The thing that pisses me off is that the state cop that took the report says he put that I'm at fault. Are you on crack Occifur?! Wait so let me get this straight; when a vehicle hits another vehicle that's stopped(me), it's their fault. THE SCUMBAG HIT ME ON PURPOSE, THIS I'M 100% SURE OF. He had a passenger and there is absolutely no way in hell that they didn't see me the 2 times he tried to cokc block me from merging. I was already ahead of him. He wanted to play the 'not gonna let you in' game, after I had already got in. Stopped. So just ....crunch..."I'm a dump truck driver, I didn't even see him, it's his fault."
The passenger was actually laughing when I pulled over to the side of the road. I think he was about to just drive off but I had my phone out so he stopped I soooo wish I had the video going before he hit me. It did nearly nothing but a few scratches on the RF side of his bumper and bent it in a little bit. The dump truck was pretty beat up anyway so it blended in. The rear bumper, LR 1/4 and door are toast on my car. It looks like a sardine can that was opened by a great white. It's bent forward so it would seem pretty obvious to anyone that he hit me. I didn't back into the dumb butt. Occifur? Is that drool on your chin or are you inbred?
This is in a construction zone, waiting in line trying to merge. The guy probably thought I was just trying to pass everyone like an A-hol to gain a spot. He was a masshole and they do that down there as a rule, which has the benefit of causing accidents and actually slows traffic down more than just being kind and to merge & let merge like you're suppose to do anyway. But I was trying to get down a side road that no one was going down, not trying to jip everbody. But you have to merge first to get there.
Funny part is I drove tractor trailer OTR for 4 years, so I know it's annoying when people cut you off in traffic. It's stressful, and I've wanted to just smash into them before too. But...

I had already merged in front of him after he tried twice to block me out. So saying he didn't know I was there is a lie. I was at least 2 car lengths ahead of him when I stopped. Then he pulled up REALLY close to me becasue that's what you do when you're a cool guy dump truck fucker. This is going less than 5mph btw. So everyone is stopped for at least 1/2 a minute or more. Then he just starts to go and smashes into me. The passenger was laughing too. I SOOOOOO WISH I had my camera recording so bad, thy'd probably b in jail right now. The other reason I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he did it on purpose is when he hit me he kept going, making it worse. He could have stopped after he tagged my rear bumper, but instead he kept going. If he hadn't done it on purpose he would have hit the brake as soon as the crunch, but he kept going until the bumper was at my front door, then stopped. If we were going any faster I can see that being legit, but we were completely stopped,just as we started to move again he just pulled up and ran into me.

He thought you were pulling a 'douche move'. 20 years ago i got my license no one ever got in front of a truck and did a brake smash,now i see it every day. I drive all heavy trucks,dump,roll off,anything and years ago i did the same thing to a brand new BMW,i wouldnt let him in so he intentionally smashed into me. Mr Douche moneybags gets out of the bimmer and says,'oh lets just exchange info and be on our way,ITS CLEAR THAT YOU REARENDED ME.' Here in Toronto the rules have changed. Total disregard for heavy trucks and pedestrians. Everyone hammers the gas to the speed limit and smashes the brakes at a red light. I dont get it,you see a red light ahead so why hammer???? Is it a race to get to the red light fastest???? The worst problem up here by far is the douches that literally sweep 3 lanes to ride the closing lane/merging lane so they can just get 8 cars ahead of everybody. Yes your commute will shorten by 54 seconds but you just managed to create a shit load of traffic as you made everybody else smash their brakes behind you. This is the generation of entitlement,there is no mercy,no class and no respect for your common man. Its all about being selfish and if you are not as selfish as your peers,you will fall behind. The only hope for me is to move to the country,folks out there know how to drive and respect 80000lbs of steel rolling towards them. I hate this city,but cant afford to move.

Also he hit me, after we both(and th rest of the line) had stopped for 20-30 seconds. I didn't cut him off like that a****** did to you. I was already in front of him we were both stopped. When traffic started to move again, he pulled up a little faster & hit me. Even if I had time I couldn't have movd because there was no where for me to go. I was ~1 ft from th rail.
And another thing, this was in a construction zone where the north bound and south bound lanes take turns. Only one lane moving at a time approx 1/4 mile, so he had the entire other lane he could have gone in because oncoming traffic was a long way away- STOPPED. He could have moved but decided to be a shithead. I think what the cop thought is that he was already moving and I just zipped up past him on the right and cut him off. He was playing the merge block gam no doubt. I still may kill him.

There was a guy with a loooooong nosed Pete,tractor trailer combination,he came to a full stop,left about 20 feet in front of him,a dumb broad snuck in between the truck and a car in front of the truck. So buddy pops the clutch and starts pushing her down the road with his big monster Pete chrome bumper,she does a brake tap and crunch!!!! Im assuming this is what happened????? You entered that space where he 'supposedly' didnt see you? So the cop assumed you pulled a dirty douche move and stuck it on you? And you are here to say that you didnt sneak in front of the truck?????

Insurance said $3064 after my $500 deductable which they will persue the other insurance for(no guarantee tho). Buy back is $700 which seems steep. I thought it wood be like $200-$300. Either way it's worth more than $700 in parts so I'm going to buy it back and part it.
So I get $2300, & my car back to part, but I can't legally drive it after I mail in the title. I was looking for another avant and found a lot of sedans for $2000-$5000 but I ahven't found an avant for less than $4300. I know it's an older car, etc, but I don't feel like that's a fair deal. I would have been happy with $4000 after deductable with a $300 buy back. But being happy and getting a fair deal is too much to ask.

No man- that's not what happened. There's no 'sneaking' about it. He wasn't in a long nose truck either. It was a smallish single axle ford, one of the squat ones. I know it's hard to see what's directly in front of you in anything that's high up but when you have a passenger (unless they're asleep)there's no excuse. He had about 2 car lengths between him and me before he pulled up close to me then stopped. I had already been stopped in front of him with the rest of the line of traffic. I couldn't get square in the lane because the car(line) in front of hadn't pulled up yet. There's was more than enough room for him not only to see me, but to wait and let me into the lane. He just didn't want to let me in and either thought he had room(maybe his passenger told him he did) or he just was being a d-bag and did it on purpose. As for all them mutha truckas,ima gonna tell you what i tell my family,steer clear,stay away from all commercial vehicles and heavy trucks. dont ride in front beside or behind them. They are all making time,texting,GPSing,talking away on phones,some bought their licenses,many are not even Canadian citizens(so they dont care if they kill you as they will just be deported) and 100% i know they run overweight and brakes are out of adjustment. You learned your lessen,seriously stay away. Im scared and atleast ive got 14 tons protecting me. Had a cabbie rear end me two weeks ago and im not sure if hes alive to tell you the god honest truth.
