I brought the Audi home tonight to start pulling the 10V out and start getting things together for the V8 Twin turbo project I have planned for this winter. There motor ran great until a couple months ago when it hydrolocked with gas and broke a piston ring. Still runs fine, it just blows some blue smoke from the broken oil ring. But I'm getting out of the 5cyl world. Onto bigger and better (more expensive) things.
So as of now All of my 10V goodies are for sale:
-NF head ported, polished/gasket matched, 3 angle valve job, new exhaust valves, valve seals, and valve guides done under 10k miles ago. Also did the 3 port coolant mod for cooler cyl head temps
-ARP Head Studs
-6 puck ceramic metallic unsprung performance clutch disk from kennedy Engineering, MC-2 pressure plate/throwout bearing and freshly resurfaced lighter MC-2 flywheel (about 4k miiles on all parts)
-Custom Tubular Exhaust header with T3 turbo flange and stock Audi wastegate flange. Designed to utilize dual scroll turbo setups. Made from Schedule 40 pipe and 1/2 inch flanges
-Polished Intake manifold w/ modified throttle body for Round silicone hose, while still using the stock Idle valve port.
-custom 3" downpipe with V band turbo clamp and stock Audi Wastegate flex pipe
-complete 3" exhaust with ATR muffler/resonator
-Holset HX35 turbo (dodge cummins 5.9L). Polished cold side housing and roughly 4k miles since it's complete rebuild by Evergreen Turbo.
-034 EFI fuel rail for EFI conversion/ stainless braided lines and anodized AN fittings
-Custom front snub motor mount bracket and polyeurothane snub mount
- 2 year old Idle valve
-I may have the custom Intercooler/piping/blow off valve, and silicone hoses for sale as well
