opinion on ATE Premium one rotors

Any opinions on the ATE Premium one rotors...been looking at 'em for a very very longtime in general and am thinking of replacing the toasted drilled and slotted rotors
on the 4kq with them. Is it worth the effort of tracking 'em down or should I just stay the course with a quality plain faced nonslotted/nondrilled rotor like brembo or zimmerman with a nice set of grippy hps or ebc pads.

Assuming your brakes are stock, GAP has Zimmermann cross-drilled rotors for both the front and rear of that car.

Personally I think ATE makes great products, but I think slotting is a poor substitute for cross-drilling as the slots gets smaller and smaller as the rotor wears. Yes I know you're supposed to replace the rotor when they wear down to nothing, but there's going to be a point where they're not quite that worn but the slots are extremely shallow.
Slotting depth shouldn't change unless you machine the rotors.
Nobody really crossdrills except if it is cast into the rotor.
Those rotors are very meh.

Actually, they do wear but its pretty slow. Slotting works great if its done properly.
I've seen some pretty some pretty scary cracked drilled rotors.
I like those rotors.
