Condition of rear headrests? Any splitting?

Bought a black w/black leather 93 S4 that was in a front end collision.
I'm keeping the 20v swap and perhaps some of the trans/driveline.
Everything else is up for grabs, dirt cheap!
This car will probably go to the crusher come end of July so get it while you can! No reasonable offers refused- you can have anything as long as you are willing to ship it.
