I finished plumbing the fuel yesterday (hoses, regulator, etc.), and thought to share this wonderful finding.

If you need hoses check with your local Cross Hose & Fitting shop. They cater to hydraulic clients, but carry just about anything you ever need, and for a "non-racing" price.

It might not look as pretty as the red/blue aluminum fittings but it's cheaper and in my case I use the crimping fittings that will not come apart (they are design to 1000's of PSI).

Since, I'm not their regular client, they are courious and always willing to find a solution.

Cheers,

Carlos.

i used napa's barbed fittings and weather head hose, no need for clamps. they'll hold something like 400psi. i think a super fuel pump will needed t that point :D

Derra my friend, my concern is not only with pressure.

I need to load some of the in-car video, so you can see the poundage the poor hoses are submitted.
