Replacement MAC11\MAC14 2 bar pressure transducer?

Anybody know of a source for a replacement 2 bar pressure transducer for the MAC11\MAC14? I am getting code 2222, pressure tranducer signal out of spec. I may have damaged it doing an intake pressure test the other day.
