They use an interesting trigger set up, I'm not sure exaclty how it works (wrt trigger points, timing, etc), I'm sure the hall would work just fine, but you'd only need one hall sender, and for 034efi you'd need to trigger off 60 teeth, not just the 4 that they use.

Also, the SDS system is an event based system, not a higher performance degree based system like most distributorless management systems. Most all factory systems in the last 5 years are degree based like 034efi, event based systems just aren't accurate and don't provide the timing resolution.

Anyway, just looking at your pulley setup, it would be really easy to machine 60 teeth in your pulley and mount a sensor there, so when the time comes that's what I'd recommend, I can have it all machined for you no problem.

well mine is a similar set up but i am asking a general question because more than likley the 034efi would be geared towards toyota.

hope you cna handle it.....

On my car the belts are not teethed...and i have 3 pulleys
water pump crank and alternatr
power steering to crank
and ac to crank.
whatever the case is i am sure you can cook up osmething
right?
