Searched through some threads here and was able to pull some info, however still stuck.

I grabbed the koni inserts all around and planning to swap them in to get rid of the horrible clunk I'm getting from the bilsteins. Unfortunately I think I have the early v8q mounts it being a '91.

I pulled two separate pn from etka,

441412377D

4A0412377C

The first being the early mount I believe, and nearly impossible to find, with my luck I wouldn't be surprised. Now I do believe the suspension on the 4c/d11 is similar to that of a c4? But I think there are a couple other things I would need in order to make it work, if I am unable to source a set of the early mounts.

I know you c3/d11 guys have ran into this issue before, just seeing what you ended up doing with stuff now being NLA or nearly NLA.

Post from Yoda -

"Strut mounts for the 200 20v early V8q 441412377D mount bearing 441412249A are NLA and have to come from audi tradition or europe for aftermarket. Can switch everything bearing plate bearing mount to C4 parts but looks like the oem strut mount for those is NLA here too now ecs show lemforder and fcpeuro shows the same and TRW with bearing.

Strut inserts oem'ish would be sachs but looks like the turbo gas are NLA so just the hydraulic touring ones are available. If replacing all four I'd go with koni's from tirerack or shox.com

Not sure if you need any other parts but just lmk and I can dial up some pn#'s and sources for you."

Option one order the 441412377D 200 20v/early v8q mounts from audi tradition via Martin or Issam. Option two get all the associated parts from a 100/urs4 or a6/urs6 and get new oem mounts 4A0412377C which are NLA too and would need to come from audi tradition too. ECS is showing the 200 20v/v8q mounts as available but I doubt they can actually supply them but maybe?

Ecs is showing them for ~ $81 with a 2-5 day ship. I'm going to give them a call tomorrow, I too have doubts of them being able to supply.

Autohaus has the 4A0412377C ones for $20.. but they're febi, and I'm not looking to replace them after a few thousand miles again.

Audi tradition seems to be my option I guess, and with the current global situation anything I've ordered across the pond has taken months to recieve.
