Isnt those are 82mm instead of the 75? I must use wheel bearing 33412220987 from a bmw e36. And machine the hubs to roughly 42.2 mm according to the guy I got the shafts from

I would like to use urs front and rear brakes but either way they have to fit behind these wheels. The guy said something about using c5 s6 269mm and/or c5 A6 4.2l 269mm rotors but I’m not sure exactly. Attachment:

Ok thanx. Over complicating things keeps my brain entertained. Cars bring me peace of mind and the ability to stay out of trouble. I also tend to over engineer things. I’m sorry if I frustrate you or anything else for that matter. You help me a lot with information to help build my beloved Audi and I really appreciate you a lot!

my recipe on the rear was for this 90, its has a two pieces suspension, it was a 20V car originally: B5 A4q rear hub (New bearing, 75mm) B5 S4 rear disk B5 S4 rear brake caliper bracket D2 S8 rear brake caliper, cos its aluminum (urs4/6, v8 rear can be used as well) (I even used a front forged control arm on the rear) Attachment:

If your 80 had a 1 piece upright, i would upgrade that first.

It actually came with 2 piece uprights and I just got 2 piece 82mm knuckles. Will the B5 A4q rear hub accept a front B5 S4 outer cv joint?

The 75mm rear gets the BMW bearing with a 6mm spacer and a urs front hub machined down to about 42.2mm Attachment:
