Funny you mention this, you had just posted it as I got home from the auto paint supply warehouse!
A few weeks back we were talking about this stuff and I mentioned my county had banned it. Well, either that's untrue or the place I went to today is breaking the law! I just left the auto parts store with some colder plugs for the 90 and I decided to stop in the paint warehouse and see what I could get some xylene for. Turns out they had gallons and gallons of toluene for about $7 a can. I read over the label to be sure I wasn't being decieved, and bought 3 gallons. Ther real interesting thing was this place is not half a mile from the home paint store I went to a few weeks ago looking for it; and that's where the guy told me my county had banned it.
Oh well, I still failed my emissions test today. I'm 2/100's too high on my NOx reading, and everything else was near the limit. Compared to the 90, my old Quantum was a near-zero emissions vehicle!
