Looks great! For the intake, is the carbon going to be purely decorative or make up the actual structure of the manifold? Have you made a carbon one before and tested it under vacuum and boost? That is a good bit of surface area which translates to significant loads, so you need to be sure it is built as a structural piece. I would hate for it to become a bomb under boost or implode under vacuum (I have done it....).

No printer for any of the plugs/molds. All my plugs are hand built.

Carbon plenum will be structural - it ought to be strong enough! Never built a plenum before but I've built and used carbon charge pipe tubing with out fail. The plenum has many layers of carbon and 2 layers of Kevlar - in the event of failure the Kevlar will keep it from splintering and sending tiny shards everywhere. Also, once it's bonded to the aluminum TB flange, and main lower flange that holds the velocity stacks, it will be very rigid.

Got one of my test wheels fitted :) 18x10.5 et22. This will fit front and rear without needing spacers to clear the shock body, and gives me about 2" past the OEM fenders to build up a sexy wide body.
