2- I deal with another company, shipped me the wrong part, later found out they can't even get the part I need. Frustrated, I call 034 to get the part I DO need, Dan answers, and patiently deals with me asking are you SURE this is the right part about 3000 times. It shows up. It bolts right up. End of story.

nothing but good things about these guys....I needed the rs2 tranny mounts,no stock, so they sold me a set of their mock up mounts to get me taken care of..awesome peoples. :drive:

So why is 034 the best audi / vw motorsports shop/tuner etc?

Id say it when they fudge up,they will correct it. I ordered some parts and they were out of stock,Max called me,apologized,but then called me 2 weeks later saying he found them and shipped them out to me quickfast. Another time i got really stuck with troubleshooting an issue with what i thought was 7A 034 injectors dumping fuel,through a bit of process of elimination,we ruled out the injectors and solved the problem. Dont remember who was on the line but he spat out 7A Hitachi info like it was nobody's bidness. Nice to get someone who knows SOMETHING about what hes selling,unlike some of the drones ive come across in the automotive industry.
