VR6 waste spark order

Well guys I'm about ready to turn over my VR6 swap A4. I previously had a 1.8 in the car setup with a IIC so I decided to use my old harness and just adapt the few things necessary. Still a little confused about matching up the cylinders with their respective coil driver though. The firing order on the VR6 is 1 5 3 6 2 4 with 120* between them.

Here is how I was thinking things would line up:

Coil driver 1: cylinder 1 & 6
Coil driver 2: cylinder 5 & 2
Coil driver 3: cylinder 2 & 4

Let me know if this sounds correct to you guys. I'm going to load up a base file tomorrow and start to tweak things.

it would be
1 & 6
5 & 2
3 & 4

this is also called waste spark

batch fire is for the injectors, there is batch ( all injectors firing) or sequential fuel where only the cyl on it inlet stroke is spraying.

Oops yeah I meant waste spark, I was a little out of it last night.

I was also wondering if the solution I came up with for the cam shaft trigger wheel would work. The trigger wheel that I had was a four window style so what I did was trim off three of the parts of the window that cam out and left only one stub that was close to the TDC position.

I still need to wire up the stock VR6 hall sensor for the cam trigger as well. Was wondering if any of you guys had any idea how I could figure out the pins on the sensor as to which one is +, ground and signal wire or if they are normally in a certain order. I guess I can leave it unplugged for now and the car would still run since I'm running wasted spark?
